PSA Industrial Small Nitrogen Generator Fully Automatic
After dust and mechanical impurities are removed by the air filter, the air enters the air compressor and is compressed to the required pressure. After strict oil removal, water removal, dust removal and purification treatment, clean compressed air is output to ensure the service life of the molecular sieve in the adsorption tower. There are two adsorption towers equipped with carbon molecular sieve. When one tower is working, the other tower is depressurized and desorbed. Clean air enters the working adsorption tower, and oxygen, carbon dioxide and water are adsorbed by the molecular sieve when passing through it. The gas flowing to the outlet end is nitrogen and trace argon and oxygen. The other tower (desorption tower) separates the adsorbed oxygen, carbon dioxide and water from the molecular sieve micropores and discharges them into the atmosphere. In this way, the two towers take turns to complete the separation of nitrogen and oxygen, and continuously output nitrogen. The purity of nitrogen produced by pressure swing (_bian4 ya1) adsorption is 95% - 99.9%.

If higher purity nitrogen is required, nitrogen purification equipment should be added. 95% - 99.9% of the nitrogen output from the PSA nitrogen generator enters the nitrogen purification equipment.
At the same time, an appropriate amount of hydrogen is added through a flow meter. The hydrogen in the deaerator of the purification equipment and the trace oxygen in the nitrogen are catalysed to remove the oxygen.
