Raw material air is put through a filter to remove dust and mechanical matter, inhaled by air filter from the atmosphere to remove dust and other mechanical impurities. Air is compressed to 1.0 MPa(G) by air compressor, and it goes to purifier after its condensed water is separated in water separator via pre-cooler. There are two adsorbers that work alternatively, i.e. one vessel is adsorbing the impurities while the other regenerates and blows off.
Then the clean high-pressure air is divided into two streams after it enters main heat exchanger (upper) to exchange heat with oxygen, nitrogen and waste gas from main heat exchanger (lower).
